Frequently Asked Questions

What happens during the free discovery call?

We will schedule a Zoom meeting or a phone call (whichever you prefer), and I will ask you questions to help identify where you are right now and where you want to go. We can start to find the areas of your life you’re wanting to improve and talk about what has been holding you back so far. We will see if we are a good fit and if you are ready to dig in and do the work to change your life.

This time is 100% yours and focused on you. No matter what, you will walk away from our call with at least one tip to start feeling better today.

So, how does the program work?

Once we identify where you are now, and where you want to go, I will create a bespoke program just for you.

We will do one-on-one coaching to uncover what you want to change, then set exciting and extraordinary goals (broken down into bite-sized chunks) to get you to where you want to go.

There will be regular check-ins and ample support. When applicable, there will be homework and tools. I will also send you short videos to learn tips and tricks at your most convenient time.

What results can I expect from working with you?

Accountability and Support: You can expect me to hold space for you, to be your biggest cheerleader, and to be a source of energy for you to lean on. Sometimes we encounter a project or mind set that is just too mentally / physically daunting to tackle. Sometimes, we need a boost to get started or back up on our feet. I can be that help for you. I believe that you will become the person you want to be even when you can’t see it yet. I will be there to hold you accountable for creating the results you’re wanting most.

Awareness: Perhaps the biggest takeaway of them all. Once we start to see that we are the only ones standing in our own ways, we can start to spot stinkin’ thinkin’ before it gets the best of us. I will help you identify the ways your thoughts are holding you back.

Tools: You can expect to learn tools to better organize your physical, digital, and mental spaces to streamline your work. We will examine your calendar and make changes to create more you-time. We will complete assessments and find out what you enjoy doing and what you don’t. The purpose of this is to get you doing more of what you like and less of what you don’t. I will provide planners and homework to guarantee daily progress and wins.

Goal Setting: You will set exciting and doable goals with me so you feel a sense of celebration and accomplishment on a regular basis. You will feel your growth at an accelerated speed, because we will use a system that fast-tracks your success. Leaning on a coach can provide the accountability, awareness, energy, and tools to get you setting and hitting your goals faster.

Is there any sort of guarantee?

My main objective is for you to have a positive and transformative experience working with me. If you are showing up and doing the homework and are still unhappy with your results, I have a 100& money-back guarantee.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy? Which do I need?

I am a huge advocate of both coaching and therapy. I personally use both, and I think the one-two punch is stellar. Whichever you pick depends on what you want to acheive and the state of mind you’re starting from.

Therapy tends to delve into your past and focus on healing, while coaching tends to focus on the present and the future and achieving massive action . Therapy has helped me uncover deep-rooted issues that played a part in a lot of my behavior.

Coaching has helped provide fast relief and results for me, and has given me a level of accountability and support that leads me to massive action. It’s all about leaning on someone else’s expertise and energy!

This is a fabulous and helpful podcast from one of my coaches, Stacey Boehman, called “The Value of a Coach”.
